Room Block Available - Pudong Shangri-La

We have a room block available at the event hotel with an exclusive rate for registered attendees.

The exclusive room rate is CNY 1,200 per night (inclusive of tax).

Rooms are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, with a cut‑off date of Monday 5th October. We expect the block to fill quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure the preferential rate.

Visa Free Travel to China

China currently permits ordinary passport holders from certain countries to enter visa free for up to 30 days for purposes including business, tourism, family/friends visits, exchange visits and transit. Eligibility depends on nationality, passport type, purpose of visit, length of stay and other entry conditions.

Attendees should check the latest official guidance from the relevant Chinese Embassy, Consulate, Visa Application Service Centre, airline and/or local authorities before booking travel or travelling to China.
